The maximum a person may contribute to the inaugural committee organized as Governor’s Inaugural Fund, Inc., is $10,000. New Hampshire law requires us to collect and report the name, mailing address, and employer, city or town of employer’s place of business, and occupation information of each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $50 in an election cycle. Contributions from partnerships, foreign nationals, unions, and other impermissible sources are prohibited. Any donation made to the Governor’s Inaugural Fund, Inc. is not deductible for federal income tax purposes as a charitable contribution.
